The eyes of the cybersecurity world are focused on San Francisco, California this week, with the 25th annual international RSA conference kicking off today through March 4. Comodo kicked off the global industry event as the recipient of the 2016 Excellence in Information Security Testing Award given by ICSA Labs.
Comodo was recognized for five consecutive years of continuously meeting ICSA Labs rigorous security testing and protocols. ICSA Labs, an independent division of Verizon, has been providing independent, third-party product assurance for end-users and enterprises since 1989.
“Customers across the globe continue to show great confidence in Comodo’s ability to protect their endpoints and networks from today’s security threats of both the known and unknown kind,” said Egemen Tas, senior vice president of engineering at Comodo. “This recognition by ISCA Labs is an important third-party validation of Comodo’s leading security capabilities and technologies.”
The Excellence in Information Security Testing (EIST) Award recognizes clients that have continually tested their products for five years and maintained their information security certification with ICSA Labs.
ICSA Labs’ clients benefit by working closely with technical analysts, leveraging criteria for product development, accessing research and participating in consortia, all with the objective of contributing to improved products that benefit customers and the security ecosystem.
“It requires a full commitment to achieve and maintain ICSA Labs’ information security certification,” said George Japak, managing director, ICSA Labs. “ICSA Labs’ Excellence in Information Security Testing (EIST) Awards recognizes Comodo’s dedication to their continued quality improvement process and their contribution to a more secure environment for the industry.”
If you happen to be attending RSA this week, be sure to stop by the Comodo exhibition in South Hall, booth no. 1127, and speak with the sales, engineers and product marketing and product management experts at Comodo who can explain in detail how Comodo is keeping enterprises secure and how your organization can benefit.
